I'm going to do the total gym challenge seeing how I have one. I love using it. I use it at-least 5 times a week for an hour at minimum. I watch straight out of compton (N.W.A.) while using my total gym, I'v seen this movie 20 times since I got it. I love this movie. I also have a music video dvd with alot of there music on it along with lots of old school rap that i grew up on like snoop dogg, dr. dre, dj quick, nate dogg, warren g. Man, i love old school. I know the challenge is for 30mins for 5 out of 7 days but I'm going to double it for my self. I'm normally on around 2:00am before work.
