How to determine intensity level?
I am never sure how to record the elliptical in the exercise diary. Since there is no specific choice for the elliptical I chose exercise machine. How do you determine your intensity (fast, moderate, or slow)? Do you judge it by you your heart rate during the work out or your speed/distance?

Subway calculator (other resturants too)
Just came across this awesome food calculator for Subway

http://www.eddieoneverything.com/calculators/subway-sandwich-calorie-carb-nutrition-calculator.php

I love that I can customize my sandwich right down to the type of bread, kind of cheese, and toppings. A lot more accurate that the non customizable subway site.

I also saw this site has a lot more calculators on his site. It appears to be a great way to figure out the "perfect meal" that fits in your daily allowance. It is so easy to make changes.

Fat calves!!!!
I am going to have to check out target. Even at just under 200lbs my calves are HUGE. I can't even wear the extended size boots you can find at plus size stores like Avenue. They still don't zip up Sad I was a soccer player in my younger years though. My calves are so large that oven times I have a hard time getting them out of my jeans Sad

What Does "You Have No Bio" Mean?
Click on the tab that says my fatsecret. The last option on that tab is "Go to my fatsecret". Once there you will notice on the right there is a section called my toolbox. Under there you will find my bio. Click on it and fill it out. You will do the same to edit it later if you need to.
