I started eating to lose weight 22/1/2017. I am apple shaped with a bulgy middle section that looks dreadful not to mention the health risks. I am 60 years old and don't want to continue being out of shape, although round is a shape. I'm tired all the time and suffer from a chronic case of "can't be bothered -itis". i detest exercise by am doing 20 minutes 3 times a week of low impact exercises. Being a vegetarian, I find it hard at the best of times to get enough protein so am researching high protein options so my energy levels can improve.
