Feeling ecstatic with my slimmer profile but very tired. i don't know if it is because I need to take in a few more calories or because I've returned to work after leave and it is just awful.

Our holiday went well and even though we overindulged in all the wonderful food, we did a lot of walking as well. I am happy to report that my weight has started to move downward again. I feel much better in my clothes and following the high protein diet has given me more energy. I bought some pure pea protein powder which I add to food occasionally to boost the protein content.
