Just making a note for myself for my exercise later:
X meaning as many as I can do before giving up/getting bored
Squats with bar X sets for 8-12 reps
Lunges with bar X sets for 6-8 reps
Hip thrust with bar X sets 8-12 reps
Donkey kicks with dumbbells X sets 8-10 reps per side
Clams 1 set 50 reps per side
