Well, I feel great this weekend, except that I have to start on my taxes. My husband went fishing with his brother and I hope I get a lot done today and I don’t munch to the point of having that cat’s belly.😟
It’s National Meatball day and I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like them. In fact, Swedish meatballs with noodles are my favorite. My favorite sub, is meatball with marinara, provolone, and parmesan on an Italian loaf.😋
I’ll be adjusting my clocks today forward today to the correct wonderful hour that I’m going to lose. Why can’t we move the clocks forward by an hour on Friday at 4pm instead? Daylight savings lasts for eight months—starting on the second Sunday in March and ending on the first Sunday in November. Daylight Savings Sunday should always be followed by a national holiday on Monday! “I love Daylight Saving Time!” - said no one ever!😁

The mystery is over, from my food poisoning, so beware. There has been a cheese recall which included Del Taco, Taco Bell, and many others that use shredded cheese. Listeria can be a killer, but usually you survive it unless you’re immune-compromised, so don’t have cheese for a while. It’s not only my state CA, but many others, TX a major one as well. Del Taco has contacted me, as I left a comment in one of their ads. Just no nachos for now. In fact, anything with shredded cheese.😩 I would tell a cheese joke, but this is no laughing matter, plus that would be too cheesy.
The good news is that Listeria is easily killed by heating food to a high enough temperature, so I know they didn’t hardly heat it for it was ready in 30 secs. Blue Bunny ice cream I just loved so much and they had a recall because of Listeria, so it broke my heart not to use them any more for they had a second breakout just a year later. So no nachos or Blue Bunny, what is this world coming to… heartbreaking!!!😁 Shows you where my love of life is, in food!!!🙃😋
Oh, and by the way, I could have ran that .00010K, 10 times over!!!💪

Have to make this short and sweet for I overslept today and I’m off to being behind now. According to my watch, I actually got eight hours and 10 minutes in, that hasn’t happened in months. I have gotten eight hours of sleep in before, but it took me three days, but whatever, got to go.😁
National Cereal Day, good day for it! A bowl of cereal, a spoon and some milk equals a party in my mouth!!!👍😋😋😋 I am just Raisin Bran awareness.😀
Going to get steps in, drink my water and hopefully record my calories. I discovered a shortcut today. If you put your Fitbit in the dryer, you can get a head start on your steps. I had 3,800 steps in before I had on my pants!😆

I am so tired, I don’t sleep well, my own fault. Yet, last night was my stupid little dog whining to get on the bed, whining get off the bed, then whining to get on the bed. By the grace of the Lord, the dog is still alive, as I was so fed up with him last night. I guess many many people go through that with babies or medical reasons. The Lord will provide I am just whining like the dog.😩
Going to go lay down. Hopefully, well yep, I fell asleep for an hour feel better getting ready for work now. I wish I could crawl into bed and hibernate like a bear.🐻
I feel better, and could actually do some yoga. Never-mind it’s a bit of a stretch.🤣

Along with recovering from the Civil War, I’m recovering from buying nachos from Del Taco to enjoy as a treat, yet ruined my whole weekend. Went to work yesterday to close out a report, but today I’m taking off to recover from the wonderful nachos. They gave it to me soooo fast I think they weren’t even hardly warmed up. If one had the ability to control bacteria...that would be pretty sick! Oh, yay, man invented fire!🔥😠
OK, I’m through complaining, if nothing else I lost a pound.👍 I feel better today, but I pushed myself yesterday to go to work, so today I’m going to get all the chores done I wanted to do during the weekend. You know what would make house cleaning way more fun? A maid! But still, I’d have to clean before she got here anyway.😁 We dream of having a perfectly clean house — but who dreams of actually doing the cleaning? 🫤
Yep, I keep my potato masher in a drawer, and I’ve learned how to open it anyway. I hope I get a lot done today, even though I still feel kind of woozy,😵💫 but I am enjoying my coffee for now.☕️😋 My idea of a superwoman is someone who scrubs her own floors. Bought a battery operated scrubber - finally, TODAY I OPEN THE BOX!😆
