Went to the gym today, after a horrible start to the day. They had put in a couple of new machines called the Startec E-TC, it's just like a treadmill except there are two pieces to walk on instead of one and they move up and down. That thing kicked my a**, I think I was able to make it a mile or about 10 minutes before my leg started cramping up really bad. I had noticed last night and early this morning that my legs were cramping up a lot. Guess that's what happens when you get back on the wagon again after being off for so long. Squats, lunges, crunches, wall squats, push-ups, I did them all yesterday, and today I feel it. Hope you all have had or is having a great day.

Well I just changed my goal weight. I need to try and focus on a much smaller goal for the moment, so we will see. Hope you are all doing great. Have a wonderful day.

Good Morning Everyone, I have a confession to make. Yesterdays food intake was horrible, and I went way over. The only good thing that I can say about it is, when it is later in the evening I am not craving sweets as much. I even brushed my teeth, and about 1/2 hour later I was craving cottage cheese. Of course, I am to lazy to put some in a bowl and eat it, so I eat it out of the container (which is so wrong). By the time I look down I have only a few bites left and I just can't stop until it is gone.
Anyway, I am still here and still struggling, but I feel I am getting closer to where I was when I first started this journey (if that makes any sense). Have a great day everybody.

Good Afternoon All, hope you are having a great day. Well I started off the new year doing good. Went to the gym with my husband, and had a pretty good workout. Today, not so good, but I did take the Christmas tree down. Let me just say I will be so glad when my husband goes back to work. Don't get me wrong I love him dearly, but it is time for a break, plus I want to get back to a normal routine.
I pulled my hospital cup back out this morning, it shows me how many ounces I am drinking, so I am on track with that.
Question: can you count ANY calories from taking xmas stuff down and putting them away????
