Second day. I did have 4 bites of mongolian beef and rice. My eating window is 1p to 6p. This diet goes against eveything I value in nutrition. As I grow older, Im 36 now, I find it exceeding difficult to not gain weight. This 5 bite diet is basically a low volume, low calorie diet. What my body doesnt use for external calories, it will for internal calories. This only needs to last for a month; after that, I will increase my bite count to maintenance. Currently, when Im not eating my 2 oz meal twice a day, Im drinking zero calorie beverages.

Im most goal oriented and likely to stick with a program if I can see the end in a short time period. Just last year I was ten pounds less, and the years before I was 18 pounds less. Since the bulk of my food used to be veges and meat, I obviously let one too many cookies and bread products down the hatch. This is a simple plan with simple, fast results of up to a pound loss per day. It is far healthier to be thin with a normal BMI than to eat well and be overweight.

The diet suggests that a smaller stomach leads to a faster, satiated feeling. Another point, when the BMI swings to the lower, healthy end, the hungerstat is reset.
