Combining Weight Trackers from Various Diets
Does anyone know how to get your weight trackers to show your original weight if you've changed diets along the way? It starts over each time you change diets. I would like it to show my real weight loss regardless of which diet I'm following. Thank you for any guidance!

Thyroid Issues Anyone?!?
Good forum. I think there may be something to the low carb diet, as well. I've been struggling for quite a while. I have Hashimoto's and I'm on a high dose of Armour Natural thyroid. I was losing weight at an extremely slow pace until I started Atkins a month ago. I've lost 15 lbs this first month and I'm really pleased. Hopefully it will keep moving in the right direction......DOWN.
