I am a bit upset with myself. I am trying to set myself on a schedule for food....Breakfat, snack, lunch, snack, snack, dinner (dinner and snack can be switched). I work an odd ball hour so my food intake starts at 10am and ends around 11pm...I have heard that if you eat past a certain time it is not good for you. I am usually up well past 11 and I dont eat anything after 11...But today around 5ish I had an urge and didnt fight it...I shoved a slice of cheese in my mouth. Yes granted it was a healthy urge I didnt fight but it was the simple fact that I didnt stop myself. I am trying to do so much better...But hey on the plus side I turned down a bunch of sweets from the bakery of king kullen and someone from work brought in a pinapple upside down cake tart thingy, I turned that down too. But over all I am still in a great mood. I am still so proud that in one week time I have lost 5.4 pounds. GO ME
