I am a bit upset with myself. I am trying to set myself on a schedule for food....Breakfat, snack, lunch, snack, snack, dinner (dinner and snack can be switched). I work an odd ball hour so my food intake starts at 10am and ends around 11pm...I have heard that if you eat past a certain time it is not good for you. I am usually up well past 11 and I dont eat anything after 11...But today around 5ish I had an urge and didnt fight it...I shoved a slice of cheese in my mouth. Yes granted it was a healthy urge I didnt fight but it was the simple fact that I didnt stop myself. I am trying to do so much better...But hey on the plus side I turned down a bunch of sweets from the bakery of king kullen and someone from work brought in a pinapple upside down cake tart thingy, I turned that down too. But over all I am still in a great mood. I am still so proud that in one week time I have lost 5.4 pounds. GO ME

I am SO HAPPY. I set a goal last sunday to loose 5lbs. Today I did a weigh in after I got up and went to the batroom. I lost 5.5lbs...That is great. I got to keep up the hard work. I know I can do this

I am so Happy right now. I know that the best time to take a weight is in the morning, after you pee and stuff, and just before you get dressed..Yes in the flesh only. At the end of the day you have all the fluids and food you ate. If you take it with your clothes on...even though it may not be alot of a difference...it is. But for fun I jumped on the scale today. I was 284.4...then I went pee and did it again...283.4. After I ate it was 284.6...see what I mean. I wont post a weigh in unless it is an accurate one...so that means the one in the morning....Hey but I set a goal for myself to loose 5lbs a week...And already I have lost 3-4. In the words of London Tipton (from that suite life series on disney) "yeah me!"

Feeling a bit upset. Wanted to go to the gym today but I have errands I have to do. So I have to do the errands first, see if I have time to hit the gym before they close at 10. Otherwise I have to do a workout video at home. ehh..not really feeling the video but I have to keep up the good work to see results.

Well I did some weight trainging today. I did the tredmill to start for about 15 min to get my heart rate up....then I did all the upper body machines. (mostly arms and chest) I did 3 sets of 10 reps at 30lbs a rep. My arms feel like dead weight. I have noticed though that this morning and after the gym tonight I was exauhsted. I mean like I could fall asleep while driving exauhsted. But over all I feel really good. I have been bad by having a mcchicken before the gym...I need to cut out the mcdees all together....But I was proud of myself...I turned down a slurpee.
