Had to eat a tuna sandwich at a lunch meeting. Without that I might have dropped more. Each morning I feel lighter when I awake.

The High protein thing seems to be working. Gorging on proteins & vege's and feel lighter each morning when awake. The scale shows it too. But, none of this would happen without the swimming & biking I'm doing.

Well I survived the Thankgiving holiday meals. I had to endure two of them! Boy were they good! The second one was on Sunday 12-1-13, and was Italian. Stuffed shells, meatballs, sausage, caprese salad. I only gained a pound.
So now is serious time. Going to go very high protein since I'm working out harder. We'll see how this changes things. I started it yesterday & already see & feel a difference.
