I'm not too worried about losing weight anymore. I just want to be more active and get some muscle tone. I got some resistance bands and I enjoy doing that, it's not too strenuous but I can definitely feel it working and I actually do it. Plus I've been walking, not always logging it though because a lot of times it's just me walking laps around the store between customers and I have no idea how long I go for. I've been kind of eating whatever I want because of Valentines. But I feel good so :) I'm happy.

Morning is going good, I'm a little emotional over a boy. Hey, who isn't. I have a dentists app at 2:00 and then chiropracter at 4:00. I don't know what I could get to eat between the two that's going to leave me satisfied enough not to splurge like hell at dinner. I'd love to do a shake but I'm so spoiled since I've been using my blender now. I'm thinking maybe a protein Luna bar, I had a cherry chocolate almond one recently and it was really good, it tasted like I messed up BIG time but it wasn't that bad, 180 kcal, 12g of protein. BUt only 3 grams of fiber. And I've only had 1.6g so far. Maybe if I have a pear and the bar. I've already got the pear scheduled in haha. But I also really like that Kashi fiber bar, hard as a rock but the taste is aight. 190 kcal with 6g of fiber. But the Luna is soo decadent and chocolatey lol. I think I just need to get so Optinum Nutrition fiber. I saw an ad in one of the health magazines at my work and it looked pretty cool. But my new manager said it never sold well, so sigh... oh fiber.
So I've filled out my diet all the way for today, now I just stick to it. But considereing I allowed for chips, a diet coke and the best ice cream ever, I think I'll be fine.
I went grocery shopping today inbetween my dentist and chiropractic appointments. I meant just to deposit my paycheck and get my Luna bar, but I was starving and ended up spending $40 on lean cusines and protein bars, sigh... oh and 5 of the single serve Ben and Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice creams. Whoever goes and gets those buys the case, and I don't blame them, so when I saw them 4 for $5, and starving as I was I jumped on it lol.

Yes, today just happened. Sigh... HCG is NOT working, I am so much more worse off taking it than not and it all started wwith that damn fat load. I should have never done it. I should have just added it to my diet and continued. I havent even worked out since I started!!! And on top of that it was my brithday yesterday and I did my best to not eat until dinner so ... I dunno what my thinking was. I still did my shake though, I know I have to start my metabolism and what not. Anyways I think I'm going to try to get back to my diet and exercise regimen, hopefully get my treadmill at home to work, and continue the HCG. I mean why not? If I can get back to my usual then it should still work.
Btw... can we add sex to the exercise list? I definitely burn calories in that.

And I earned it. Started the HCG diet and force fed myself everything I've denied for so long. Frappe's, donuts, McDonalds... yeah. I couldn't move for hours at a time, but then I had huge spurts of energy, I think my body was shocked at the calories, like "oh what are these? What do we do with them?" Haha
