We'll not too bad since I was on vacation last week. I gained 2lb for my Wednesday weigh-in last week but now I'm back to the 154.8 from before so I lost that 2lb. I'm happy with that.

I had a slight gain, which I suspect is from the extra treats I ate on Saturday, and the less walking I did than I normally do, but it's only .3lb so it's not too bad. I just have to work extra hard to lose that and then some this week.

I just can't believe how well this is going! And I bought a new swimsuit in April or May, don't remember, and I bought it a little snug on purpose. I knew I needed to lose weight and I knew how badly I wanted to. My weight is tied to so many things. To make a long story short, my body is finally working the way it should, and I'm so glad I bought that swimsuit a little small because I've lost enough weight that it nearly fits perfect now! I still have 9 days before we go on our mini vacation and I'm really excited to be able to comfortably wear a bikini! I started out at about 165 and extreamly depressed in January after going through a miscarriage. I've come a long way since then, I've found support from my husband, friends, family, and groups on Facebook. I have worked so hard to lose weight for me, and I'm so proud of myself.

Wow! In 2 days 1.1lb! This is so exciting that I'm no longer losing and gaining the same 5lb repeatedly! And my vim according to the wii fit is now in the normal range! Doing a little happy dance right now lol

So I was sick a whole week, then the baby and my hubby were sick the next. I also picked up more hours at work. We then had 2 more days of tornado warnings and close calls with those. I missed a weighin last week. I hopped on the scale but didn't record it. It was a gain of 1.1lb so this weighin was technically over a 2lb loss since last Monday the 23rd, so that's pretty good, especially since I'm on Af right now too. I failed the June 30 day ab challenge due to illness and stress from sever weather so I'm going to restart it today. According to my wii fit I'm almost out of the over weight zone and in the normal zone, so excited!!! I have until July 19th to lose a couple inches so my swimsuit fits better. I think I can make it, as long as I stick to the challenge and I plan to try and get 5k more steps in each day. Right now I average between 10k to 13k and that's just walking to, from, and at work. I hope to add another 5k ftom before work to that so my minimum is 15k steps a day. I really hope I can stick to is as I want to look good for my hubby (and myself) for our trip starting the 20th, and for a wedding we're going to on the 19th. I really want to lose these inches and pounds because we are also going to start trying for another baby and any weight I lose will help tons! Plus when I get pregnant I want to have a cute baby bump and not just look fat for 80% of my pregnancy like I did last time. That's all for now!
