OK, I am back to recording all my foods today.
I haven't eaten anything yet today. but when I do, I will be recording it here on FS. Paula, you have incited me to do this, because your loss is a great thing. I want to do as well as you are doing.
So that being said, I will be back recording all my foods, all of my exercises, and what I am thinking.
Thanks to all who are recording their journey here on FS, for you give me encouragement, that I can do this, and do it well.
I do read the posts and the notifications of each of your journals, even if I don't comment on them all. I do read them.
Thanks for the comments and for posting on here. I look forward to reading them all.
I look forward to seeing how well each of you are doing, and even if it isn't a "win day" it is a good day, because you are here and you are posting and helping others.

OK, I know, I am up a few tenths of a pound, but that is OK. I know where they came from, too many Cherries. They had them on sale, and I bought a bag of them and ate them too. They were delicious too. lol
I am not worried about it tho, I just wanted to make a comment on them.

Oh Yeah!!!
I am going DOWN, in weight that is.
I decided to weigh in two times a week and today was the second one.
I am losing.
Even tho I am not recording my food intake, I am losing.
I am so happy, and since I am losing, I am doing something right.
I know that if I would record my food intake, I would be better able to see where I am over doing it, but as long as I going down, I am not over eating so... I am a very happy camper!!!

WOW, yesterday was a GREAT day. Just like Tony the Tiger used to say.
GREAT!!!
I had to go grocery shopping, and when I was getting dressed, I decided to try on some of my "skinny" pants.
They fit!!!
They are a size 14, and they are a bit stretchy, but they don't look like a "gnats ass stretched across a washtub" so they fit very well. BTW, that is one of my Mom's sayings when things were too tight to be wearing anywhere.
So yesterday was a great day for me. I don't care what my scales say, I am losing inches if not pounds.
I am a very happy girl!!!
