I've been keeping track of steps lately. I definitely need more every day. Also keeping track of, well, everything. Heading into my more active season so hopefully I'll get some hiking in. Must admit I'd rather hike on company time but can't always do so. Today I was stuck inside all day. Maybe my days off....

Couldn't stop snacking today. Depressing. i thought I was starting to get into healthier habits.

Tough getting back to work after being on leave. Catching up in the office so didn't have much of a chance to be active. Haven't been sleeping well; that has to stop.
