It is a great day! I'm down another 6 lbs, for a total of 44lbs! The last 2 days I've been very bad about eating and documenting my food. I've only recorded Tuesday, Thursday and now today. Tuesday I only ate 940 calories and yesterday, 565.

How one earth do I get in my target off 245g off protein!?
For breakfast/snack at 5:30a, while getting kids off to school, I are 2T of natural peanut butter.
For lunch, a smoothie packed with 53g of protein. For a snack, a dbl portion of meatballs in order to make the protein count. All of that only focus my 107g of protein for the day. There's dinner but nothing that will out need anywhere near my protein target.
Eating all of this, I have little room for more food of any type.
I need some food ideas. If anytime has them, Is appreciate the input. I can't do nuts and it has to be gluten free and low/no sugar.

I am 18 yrs post bariatric (RYGB) & had great success - 170 lbs lost. I can blame life, raising 7 children, caring for my MIL with dementia, & a serious injury to my knee, but really, it's my fault.
My goal is to chart everything I consume & I've found that very helpful. This time, although I need to lose the weight I've gained, I'm doing it for my health. Since August I've lost 30lbs. Choosing foods is difficult at times because I have to eat a lot of protein and I am limited on sugar, gluten & most dairy products. I've come this far alone but I'm now going to work with a dietitian and a life style management coach.
