I am done. Finished. Two years and zero progress. I’m tired of stressing, I’m tired of waking up early to go to the gym, I’m tired of feeling guilty for allowing myself a donut every now and then, I’m just tired. I have resigned to the fact that I will always be this weight. I have nothing more to give. I’m throwing in the towel. Tomorrow I start my new life of simply maintaining. I had a goal...one that seemed attainable at one point. I don’t see it anymore and that is ok.

Not gonna get excited but I am 170. Low carb is getting easier. I need to focus on my workouts and keep this up.

I am on the verge of an emotional eating day. I cannot sabotage all my hard work so today will be a test. I am worth it, i have value, and darn it people like me! Lol keep up the good work everyone.
