Smenjak 22April cheatday krna ktmuan sm doi (mklum biasanya slalu jauh, jd klo ktmu ga mngkin ga mngkonsumsi apapun), trs dbilang kurusan (nah ini yg bahaya, jd trlena), ktambahan 24April ultah jd bnyk mkn yg mnis2 lg, &akhirnya kterusan cheat ga bs brhnti smpe skrg. Jd ga eatclen dan jarang masak di kosan, mulai dr mkn goreng2an, jajan brmicin, &mnum yg mnis2.. BBpun jd turun-naik gajelas, pdhl trget 50kg msih jauh..
Semingguan ini jd ga nyatet makanan di fs krna knsumsinya udah jelas melebihi trget (bhkan mgkin jauh diatas tdee) wkwk..
Nyesel sih ga, hnya saja ada rasa kasihan sm tbuh sndiri yg sdqng brusaha hdup sehat beberapa bln ini mlh dikotori selama semingguan ini.. Oke, hrus bs smngt hidup sehat lg.. Bismillah, bulan Mei mulai back on the track, smoga bs istiqomah seterusnya smpe lulus kuliah.. Semangaaaattt!!! 😂😂😂
