Hello all my FS friends. It's been awhile since I have posted. Although in last 15 days, I've only lost 2 pounds, My pants are loose. 55.4 pounds since Jan 23, 2018. I do keto and try under 20 carbs a day. I have ghee in my coffee. Well, I have my blood work back. I am so happy with my results. My triglycerides went from 122 to 67. Suppose to be under 150. My cholesterol went from 224 to 212. Suppose to be under 200. My chol HDLC Ratio is 3.7, suppose to be under 5 - I don't know what this means. My average Glucose is 114, suppose to be 70-100 and T4 is .93 Was 1.22. Suppose to be .55 - 1.60.
Yes, I'm happy. I see it in my figure and now in my blood. Dr apt in 2 weeks. KETO ON my FS friends

Finally under 200. 40 pounds since Jan 23, 2018. Size 16 pants are lose. I'm so happy with the weight loss. I'm gonna for it. I thought 165 is my ideal weight, but really with the fat going, not too sure. Weight (haha) and see.
Still doing fat bombs and ghee in my coffee.
