GOAL!!!!! WHOOO HOOOO :). One Year Later (Virtually) and I have reached my goal of weighing 220 pounds. In other news I just recently got a new car 2009 Hyundai. I fit comfortably in a size 36 and believe it or not I can't wait to get into a size 34.
My one friend asked me what my goals are for the upcoming year since I accomplished soo much within a year. I told my friend that I need to work on getting AAA. My friend responded that its good to have AAA in case I break down with my new car. I agreed that having AAA would be good to have but I was talking about my AAA (Arms, Abs, Ass). LMAO. I thought my friend was going to pee themselves laughing LOL.
Now that I lost the weight I have to work on the rest of the package :)
I tell ya one thing thou. I'm still getting used to recognizing myself in the mirror. I'm still instinctively going to the big section for clothes and realize ... wait a minute I'm not over here anymore. Everyday is still a struggle in all aspects from making the right food choices to interact and interpret the world around me. It has definetly been a year of transition, challenges, trials, tribulations and growing. If I had to do it over again. I don't think I would have had it any other way :).
I wonder if I should change my goal weight to 200 ;). Just to keep myself accountable :).

7 MORE POUNDS TILL GOAL!!! Good Grief it has been forever since I have made an entry. Man I tell ya when you plateu you plateu LOL. These last few pounds have been the hardest to get off but I am freaking determined to reach my goal of 220 before my one year anniversary :)for a total of 143 pounds. The Good thing is I really don't realize i am on a diet anymore. Even with all the daily stress and temptations and working in corporate america somehow staying on this diet is possible :). The scary thing is I know I have more fat to lose and can go under 200 in time, but I will go as far as the good lord will take me. The goal I have set for myself may not be where he wants me to be :) Everyday has been a blessing because i'm reminded of how much things can change for the better within a year and the fact that I lost the weight naturally still amazes me :).

Down 132 pounds and couldn't be happier. 12 pounds away from goal sneaking myself into a size 36/34 pant. I don't know if I should attempt a size medium shirt. Its truly amazing how your life can change in not even a year. Its really hard to believe 8 months ago I was prediabetic, borderline high blood pressure and a.
Literal heart attack waiting to happen. Today I just got back my blood work I am no longer in danger of a heart attack my blood sugar and blood pressure is normal and I'm no longer considered obese even though I still feel like I am. Today is a good day. Today I claim victory :)

127 pounds down! 18 more until goal! Omg this has been the greatest thing I could do for myself. It has taken me a lot of years of failed diets for me to get here. It has been worth all the years of waiting it has been worth all the years of pain. It feels like I have finally arrived and that I have won and I know now that I am worth it and so is everyone else no matter what diet you choose it is the commitment you make to yourself to make a change.

Omg 124 pounds down are you kidding me? And I can fit into a size 36 omg this diet has definetly done its job. Omg I just can't believe it.
