I have had Vertigo since October 19th... needless to say going to the gym and or walking every day has not happened. I am doing my best to watch what I am eating. Though without the gym and walking I am sure I have gained (I weigh-in at the gym) so I am not sure how much I have actually gained - realistically probably 4-5 lbs.
I go to the Doctor on the 30th of November, and will get a treatment in the “Epley Omniax” – a vertigo chair they claim to have a 90+% success rate on the first time.
I didn’t want people to think I have given up since I have not logged in since the 15th of October.

I hope you all have a safe Thanksgiving- be thankful for everything you have; you never know when you or someone you know will be gone. My cousin and his wife were run down last week in Oregon last Sunday. He was killed instantly, she is in critical condition.

Getting ssoooo close to 18X- I have not seen that number on a scale since before my kids were born (youngest is 31).
With some hard work at the gym, I am hoping this is the week I get there.

Friday night AKA: Pizza Friday... "sleep over" with the grand kids Friday night... while I only had a couple of cookies, I didn't have any ice cream. Saturday went out to dinner with my DW had:
Scallops and bacon, surf n turf – steak and scallops and garlic mashed potatoes. No desert thought :)
Sunday had pasta and meat sauce.
NO gym either day :(
Back to the gym this morning... Confident I can get the weekend weight off plus a couple more..
I hope everyone had a good weekend :)
