I’ve switched to swimming for my exercise. My joints already feel better and even my shoulder muscles aren’t as tight, perhaps because the weight from my ample chest is alleviated in the water. Keeping my fingers crossed that it helps me continue to lose weight.

My godson’s h.s. graduation party was yesterday and then my partner and I went out to eat with friends we hadn’t seen in a while. I went WAAAAAY over cal count. But today, we’ve run errands and I took a 2+ mile walk. I’m already at 11,500 steps and doing well with my calories. Happy Sunday, y’all.
