Have not been checking in much on FS but still recording my food intake on a regular basis and also I track my workouts in strengthlevel app. Just staying consistent. Maintenance is hard so it just takes dedication and consistency.

I talked to the trainer on my progress and he said since I am really lean that it will take time and I won't see it go down very fast. However with that said I still am trying for my goal to get my waist at least below 30" and he said that means I still need to be in a calorie deficit so I trudge on with my WOE.
