Sunday. 30 minute spinning, 15 minutes weights. 10 minutes cool down. nose did fine. no blood pressure issues.

April started off strong. I guess constipation shows up on the scale. April fools day was full of crap and I got it all out.
now I,feel much better.
next up... 220. the journey to the goal, is set up in just 5 pound steps.

I hate wireless scales that don't update correctly... I thought I was holding at 227, nope. I got the 1% surprise when I reset today.
a year of change, a year of,gains.,, weight gains that is.
Job end. new job busy, cycling accident, and nose surgery... 6 months of no routine.
note to self: routines matter.
