well its been a while since i last wrote due to my computer breaking down on me but im back and heres whats been happening with me. For the last week I cheated badly. Had my hens day and about 15 of us first went to lunch and I indulgeed in pancakes, Ice cream and a chicken melt it was devine. Then we had our feet and nails done followed by a trip to the hair salon then we went out for dinner and had Thai , then (and this is the really bad part) I drunk any drink I wanted all night at the karaoke bar we went to so I totally loaded up with carbs but it was a blast. Anyway its all over now and Im back on track and heading towards that double digit goal..Wish me luck

Well Im back in the game and down to 107kgs my small goal is to hit double digits by my wedding. Ive been adding different foods but still watching my carbo intake. I got a compliment from a friend last night at netball she said that im looking well and loosing weight. So that motivates me more. However Ive got my hens night this weekend so i would like to confess in advance that I will be definately cheating and not lightly probably terribley not so much the food but more so the alcohol ..........lol. But we are having it now so that I still have a few weeks to loose any kilos I put on. Well good luck everyone for this week.

Yes im finally in the right state of mind to get back into the diet. I feel so dumb that i was weak for those 7 days it makes such a difference when you have your motivation back. Ive been drinking water almost all day and my visits to the toilet can proove it , Im eating right and exercise is back in the house. Im feeling really ready to give it my all.....yeeeeeeeeeessssssssss.Finnnnnnnnnaaaaaaaaaaalllllyyy

Well Im am so weak in the mind right now. I have been trying to get back on track for the last week and I know Ive got the encouragement thru this site and my family are supportive I just need to HURRY UP and get back on track. I have been eating less but not following the diet as I know I should. Not gaining right now but I know It will get me soon. So once again I write that I will try and get back on track today. Heres hopeing!!!!Good on everyone else for all there weight loss.
