my Mom's birthday was yesterday so i had to have cake.. and ice cream.. and caramel sauce, and cherries and whipped cream, lol. i tried to take a picture but got sistracted when the cat started eating my wonderous dessert without me, lol. 😊 GOOD MORNING, ALL! ...there may be dessert for breakfast as well 😉 since i crashed on her couch last night and theres still a lemon meringue pie out there i didnt have room for last night, lol. mmmm, birthday.. 🎉

havent had much to say lately. i was frustrated with my apparent inability to control myself from eating everything in sight.. so i decided this past week that i would literally eat whatever i wanted, and as much of it as i wanted, until i had consumed a weeks worth of calories.. which took me 5 days. then the plan was to fast for the remaining days and see what happened. well, it wasnt a true fast, because i did eat (i also didnt want to worry my family that i was trying to starve myself, so i kept it hush hush and just ate significantly smaller portions fewer times a day. it seems to have done the trick.. so maybe this is a more manageable way to maintain my weightloss? at least when i feel im struggling. i can cut way back for a couple days a week easier that i can consume moderate amounts daily.. it seems an odd way to do it but if it works then whatever.. every little mind trick i play on myself helps 😉
