Note to self
- must force myself to wake up early tomorrow and go for a beach run
- must go and buy a few celebrity slims, possibly a box/ buy a birthday present
- go to gym
- cool off with a swim
I need to try and do this everyday.....would be so much easier if i could just instantly have a few packets of duromine!

im never going to reach my goal weight in time, shiiiiit. and ive had all year.
The plan is to go to the gym atleast every night this week after work .
