I was so excited to wake up and weigh myself today.
I am sticking to my program 100% and eating very healthy food and making excellent choices!
On the first of December, I weighed 330 pounds and started changing my eating, but was not really serious about it.
On January 11, 2024; I got serious and started to weigh and record EVERYTHING I ate.
At that point, I weighed 319.
On April 14, 2024; I weighed in at 292.5 and I am delighted. I feel good and I'm happy with my progress!
What is my program?
Low fat but a very balanced diet.
The first thing I do is drink 16 ounces of organic celery juice first thing in the morning, 30 minutes later I follow it with 8 ounces of water. Again, 30 minutes later I eat a low-fat breakfast.
I have an egg white omelet with 2 hands full of spinach, a slice of low-fat cheese, and sometimes I'll put two tablespoons of salsa on it! So good!
I'm doing great!
