Finally cigarette free. Now to focus again on losing weight. Putting my new goals to the test. My first goal was the smoking. DONE!!! Will not go back to it because it's not worth it. Now back to the exercises and healthy eating. Refuse to eat like a horse because of no cigarettes like last time. Focus is on me finally. I GOT THIS!!😍

Took the time to really do some thinking yesterday and wrote some new goals for myself. Long term and short term. I really want to focus on getting healthier. I was doing my "homework" while my son was with his homebound teacher. Poor kid is trying to get caught up from where he got behind being out of school for a couple of months being sick. He's a lot better so I'm a lot better. Plan on making a list of things I want to change in my eating habits and exercise routine. I'm writing everything I eat, drink, and what exercises I do and for how long. Helps keep me accountable. Hope everyone has a great day!!😄

I figure I'm going to post more often that way I keep myself accountable. Still doing good with the not smoking. YAY! Go me. I'm determined not to eat like a horse this time. Hope everyone has a great day!!

Now that things are starting to calm down it's time to refocus on me. I'm going to quit smoking for good this time and I will not overeat. The last time I kept caving in, I will not do it this time. If it feels like it's going to be too much, I'll work out
