Sorry I disappeared for a few days. My dad's cancer has entered the hospice stage and his legs are starting to fail. Had to go stay with he and Mom to help out since I've been through the home hospice thing before. Don't know how long I will have to stay with my folks while Dad goes through his decline. I will try to continue to keep up with my FS tracking stuff moving forward from here. Still eating low carb, and I brought my exercise equipment with me.
