I know that water is a very important part of weight loss, but I find myself coming up short most days. This week I will meet my daily water goal and avoid other beverages (especially sugary ones).

I've been away for a few months and the lbs have slowly crept up on me. This time I won't give up. It's good to be back.

I recalculated my Rdi based on my current weight and activity level. Now I get to eat a little more. Yay!! I should still be able to lose 1-2lbs a week, because I am pretty active.
