So I side tracked but back on track! What I have found though is I have to fall below recommended calorie deficit to move the scale. I started walking in the pool to be easier on the body. My knee issue turns out to be a bulging disc so know I have to choose how I get my exercise. Hitting 60 soon and I don't want to stop moving because I'm getting older. These aches has me thinking is it because I retired early. Not doing the work I used to do. The lack of mobility causing the aches. I try to remember did I hurt when I was younger through the years of work did I ignore the aches and kept moving? Pain is no fun when it stops you and holds you captive for I want to say a few days but those days turn into months. That sucks because it plays with your head knowing and needing I want to get up and do but my body won't do what I want it to do. Aging is not for sissies. Well as long as I can I will keep moving just not the way I want to move. Slow and steady!

I haven't really been doing anything. I gained 2 pounds! It could be more. Went to orthopedic doc for my knee . Though knee wasn't hurting as bad any more. Was afraid if I cancelled it would start hurting again. It took so long for the appointment I held on to it. They did x-rays said there is some arthritis. He asked what I have been doing since it started hurting I said nothing, he said good. He prescribed a round antinflatory med and Methylprednisolone and said we will see after I finish what will knee feel like after that. Then go from there. So we will see.

Finally got an appointment for my knee! I so want to get back into walking! I should maybe doing some chair exercise for my upper body but with my knee hurting I don't want to do anything. I do bowl 3 times a week and by the time I'm done my knee is killing me. I am so tired of hurting. I want to get up and go do. I have been trying to stay within 1200 calories with added whey protein and my intestines feel like they are supper inflamed. So I am gonna lay off of the whey for few days and let things settle. Also going to eat light as well. I said I was not going to stop using the whey and there I went and bought another bag, ugh! I am my own worst enemy. I stepped on my scale and it read 155 but I know that can't be right. I will try tomorrow if it is the same. I have not changed my weight on here because it is jumping up and down. Like yesterday it said 159. 4 pounds in one day, I don't think so! Stupid scale...

I'm so tired of giving my best effort to wind up hurting something. I'm fighting this knee hurting so bad. It has stopped me from doing my 5 days of walking. Even have a hard time sitting comfortably. Bend it to long it starts to hurt. Straighten it it hurts. And if I twist it, oh forget it that is like don't do that again. I feel like I should be walking with crutches just to keep the weight of it. Funny thing is I don't know what I did to it? Just out of the blue. Yes this is -itch day I'm so frustrated! Staying at the same weight. That is good!
