Been ill, but still mindful of what I'm eating. Had a time of gain/bloating -but back on track. Looking at getting a treadmill for winter, since my bod isn't chuffed about going outside when the mercury dips.

More musings, post birthday week.
I had bloating, slowed weight loss, but also stress, and heavy exposure to cigarette smoke.
Had a menstrual cycle start a couple of days ago, as well.
...and let's not forget those 2 fairs and their delicious, forbidden fries. (nightshade sensitivity)
🤷 Stress is the most likely culprit, but allergy to food/smoke is up there too.
Sometimes, there are other factors at play that influence weight gain/loss, its why I'm keeping this journal.

Still getting results, but need to start food tracking and eating better. Summer heat kills my appetite, so I end up eating sugary snacks to get my cals in. Tasty, but not very nutritious.
