Today isn't Saturday, but I haven't weighed in for a while.. So here goes..

Woo hooo... been a while... took a two week break, almost two weeks. Training at the gym again. Arms are feeling.... got something going on in my foot. But otherwise, great to be training again. I need something though... not sure what it is... Not really a workout buddy.. just.. someone that's also at my pace, doing the weightloss thing.. but it seems that a lot of weight loss buddies are merely just people to say 'oh, it's ok, start over' during those 'eat like a pig' moments... if I was a crackhead, the devestation would be realized. Being obese is also a problem that has an effect on my health, my lifestyle, my age expectancy. Clearly, there are no obese people way into their later years. I want to find someone in my area that's also pushing to get healthy again. I still really like Weight Watchers, but honestly, I'm not finding a 'connection' in those meetings. Yes, they're like my AA meetings. but... I want more...

Pretty sure I'll be up this week. I've been tracking, but knowingly going over... having pie.. having sweets brought in from family visiting... basically just eating quite a bit... If I am up, it will lower my average slightly, but still on a downward trend. I'm ok with this... but not fully. If I am up, I'll take it.... I'm ready for it.. According to my schedule, I only have to lose about 3 pounds by March and will still be at an average 1 pound per week average loss. But.... this can't happen too often.. That cushion is for Plateaus.. not for weeks to eat like a pig.. :P

I actually thought my scale is broke.. I still think it may be broke... I changed the way I've been eating, thinking that it would stall my weight loss or maybe even gain a pound this week. I'm ok with this because I'm sort of testing my freedom of choice with foods. I've been very strict the past 25 pounds and just took a sort of 'break' for this week.... What's odd is.. the scale has not moved.. I mean, not even an OUNCE... which is REALLY odd... it's digital, so I may have to reset it.. not even an ounce!
