I quit Weight Watchers. I believe I really need these meetings, but that extra $45 hurts a bit... Especially with the 20 mile drive to get to the meeting. It was either a gym membership or WW, so I chose the gym.... I'm gonna try other resources, however, I'm counting on my own and being held accountable by my new doctor. Still working on my next goal to be under 250. Now that the holidays are over I can start grinding harder again. I got the taste of chocolate and candy back, like a crackhead who quit and took a hit. So, have to ween myself off of these again. Thankfully, I didn't GAIN anything during the holiday season, but I did slow down a bit. Still on track though... Steady as she goes...

It's the LAST DAY of Christmas food and treats at work... ONE MORE DAY!! Let's get through this!!! I'm not leaving the house this weekend.... Nope... Not gonna do it.. and Christmas Dinner is gonna be simple...

Another Milestone reached. At 257 I have lost 10% of my starting weight. Im down a total of 30 pounds now. I haven't been to Weight Watchers in a while cause Ive been so busy. I think Im just going to cancel my membership. I count calories on a spreadsheet I created to count my macros. So... next goal is a doozy.

Get under 250. Considering this is only about 8 pounds... and my original goal date for this milestone is June 2017... Im thinking maybe I can hit it by..,. hmmm.... March 1st 2017.
