Seeing the BIG Picture
It's Monday!! Having coffee this morning. I feel such a weight lifted off of me.... ummm... probably literally!! I've set goals and milestones for my weightloss journey (located in my bio here) for various weights and percents. I loosely estimated them using 1 pound loss per week. The average loss at weight watchers is half to two pounds per week, so I figured I was generous with 1 pound. I've been at a steady almost 3 pounds per week drop and have hit 3 or 4 of milestones months early.
Ok, so why the rambling!
I suggest others to realistically look and plot and plan out their milestones. Going
down down down
is always great, but there are those inevitable ups here and there... and seeing an up is that..
goign up...
but...
when I look at my milestones... and consider that with the weight I've lost, and the milestones I've hit... that I have from
now UNTIL MARCH
to lose another ten pounds, I feel such a relaxing, easy going flow on this journey. Because even if it takes me all the way through til March, sheesh,, FIVE months from now, to lose ten pounds, I'm STILL losing 1 pound per week and on schedule...
So consider, ladies and gents... plotting it out...
and seeing the BIG PICTURE!!

Progress Report
Comparing the two photos. One from almost start time. One from today.
17.6 pounds lost. My original pic was taken at 284, however, I went up to 287 before I got serious about my weight loss. One thing I've noticed here is the circumference of my arms now allow some birthmarks to come around.
Week 1 reminder - this was actually four months before Week one.. but, pretty much the same. As stated earlier, I was actually 287 before I started getting serious. My heighest weight was 291. My goal is 130 by June 2019.
I have not had surgery. I'm counting calories and points with Weight Watchers.
The difference between these pics is much more than I anticipated...

I want chickens!!
Yes, that is plural. I don't want... chicken...
I want CHICKENS!! I want chickens so I can have them lay my eggs :)
Too bad all I have here is a balcony... poor chickens would be cramped.. I wonder how many veggies it would yield out there.
