Chocolate meal replacement shake with oats and chia seeds (soaked in the milk overnight) with a teaspoon of spirulina powder for extra vitamins.
Should keep me going till lunchtime.

And another week of sticking to my diet and I’m down again. It’s easier to stick to when I don’t have stuff I shouldn’t eat in the house and can’t really go out to get it.
