Today I planned to clean out the garage and take another long walk. I did accomplish cleaning out the garage, but there was too much rain and hail to go walking. Instead I worked on learning Spanish. I ate low calorie, healthy foods and I’m feeling good about my day. Hopefully I can get my lazy self out the door tomorrow morning for a Body Works class at the gym.

It’s the first day of my new health plan. I consumed 1185 calories and walked 4 miles along with 2 hours of deep cleaning at the house. According to this APP I have burned about 2400 calories. I feel good about today. Tomorrow’s plan is to clean out the garage and take another long walk while continuing to eat healthy foods.
