Ok, so i know it doesnt count, but after the flu yesterday, my weight this morning was down 5 pounds. It was still exciting to see the number on the scale after so long being the same. Maybe it will help move it down a little?
Today so far,
Raw almonds and pumpkin seeds
A few kale chips
BBQ pulled pork
Whole leaf spinach from frozen
Vitamins
