I'm a 68 year old retiree with fibromyalgia, depression, osteoarthritis and fatty liver disease which unfortunately has turned to cirrhosis. I do whatever activities I can and sometimes I'll do too much and lay myself up for a day or so. I try to plan my days so that I don't miss out on fun things. My medications contribute greatly to my weight problem.

I have a good attitude which really helps. I live with my hubby of 51 years and two cats.
