This weekend was bad... very bad. We ate out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (twice on Sunday!). I also had nasty foods like a hot dog and meatballs from Ikea. I felt tired and crappy as a result. It is not worth it to eat that junk! It doesn't even taste that good! Time to get back on track.
I hesitate to even write this, because I fear that I will not follow through, but I plan to give up milk and cut way down on cheese. This will be hard because I love milk (both drinking it and cooking with it). So creamy, so delicious.... Anyway, this is the plan. Also, I will be limiting meat to 1-3x per week.

Not sure how to estimate tonight's dinner because the hubby and I are going out to Ethopian food and none of those dishes are in the database. The food will be loaded with butter and oil, so I tried to be as accurate as I could. Obviously, this will cause me to overshoot my calories for the day. But I'm not too worried about it because we do not go out to eat that often anymore. Also, we will be having refined flour, which is a special treat.
