So today I realized that I seriously need to take this losing weight business seriously!!
I've been telling myself as well as my boyfriend that I'll lose the weight... no problem.. and now look at me...
I've gained 10 lbs. since I last weighed myself last month or so and I've never felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. My jeans are getting tight. My sweaters appear to be shrinking. And the only good thing about this weight gain is that my boobs are filling out lol...
but regardless, this is not what I want for myself... 10 lbs here and other there and before you know it I'll be a good 200 lbs...
NO WAY JOSE!
Today is where change happens... and the only way for me to stick to it, is to keep a record of it and try to achieve one small goal a week.
THIS WEEKS GOAL: Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
