March 31, 2012 my scale is killing me, although I feel different and look a little different, I walk four to five days and hit the gym on the weekends. but the scale is not moving so I am wondering if I hit a plateau.

May 29, 2012 my weight jump back up to an extra five pounds even though I have been walking five days a week and excercising at the gym both Sat and Sun since it is at my job. I am trying to cut down my meals to two a day and just recently started to green coffee bean diet, really don't like the tast of the grapefruit and vinegar but still drink it from time to time. Both ankles are very swell so I am wondering if I am retaining a lot of fluid. I feel a little different in my clothes but the scale refuses to move, that can really be a downer for me.

May 20, 2012 I had a beautiful day at work but for some reason could not stop eating, not sure of the triggers, I am in a new relationship and is very much takin my time with it, my friend is very supportive of me loosing weight and even encourage me to work out while coaching me at the time. I am also working on a business project, along with some other things but I really don't feel stress so in other words I am not sure where or what the triggers are that cause me to so much eating...:-( today.
