01st of May check-in. No horrors on the scale after over-indulging in the Easter week and then being better in the days after. Pheeewww! Lucky escape.

Got on the scale ... after a week of over-indulging beyond what my daily calories allow. Time to face the truth and it is not such a horror story. Lucky me. I need to be more disciplined going forward. Or the scale will not be kind in future

Staying off the scale until my next weigh-in (Friday). The Easter weekend has been a naughty one and I have gone above my recommended calories for a few days already by about an extra 15%.
All good because this is a marathon, not a sprint.
