Well today begins the journey yet again. This is now the 4th time in my life I've been on an official diet. Last time I did great, had so much gumption and stick to it-ness that the diet was a breeze. This time with the added stress of a little one and a Husband, it has been hard to follow any sort of eating plan. By the time evening rolls around I'm so stressed out and tired that all I want to do is curl up with some comfort food and lots of wine. I do now have a little extra motivation, some extremely unflattering pictures taken last weekend at the beach, and my 10 year High School reunion in September. I know I won't be down 20lbs by then..which I'd ideally like to be, but heck..I'll take 1 dress size. Then I can at least get back into some of the things in my closet.

My hardest challenge will be not having my beloved drinky-poo in the evenings. I'll have to switch to tension tamer tea..it will relax me...minus the warm fuzzies. Some days I'll be able to do it..others I know I wont. I just have to stay focused..which with a toddler is almost impossible.
