So sick. Ended up working the Renaissance Fair for a while today, and now I feel even worse. Diet has been largely ignored this past week. Both Lennon and I have been sick. Again. It never fails, a week to week and a half of working out and having her in the YMCA's Child Watch...she gets sick, so that means I get sick. Ugh. One day the snot will drain from our heads and we'll feel normal again....I hope.

Well, back at it. The storm has passed, things are decently normal again around here. Lennon now has a walking cast, although she's yet to figure out how to balance on it and actually walk. Poor thing. We have that dang thing to deal with until October 24th.
Anyway, I think they will take her in the YMCA's Childwatch so I can resume working out. We were walking for about an hour and a half in the mornings, until the flood plain mosquitoes hatched. Those things are as big as a quarter and they swarm!! So, walks are out of the question.
Anyway, back at the diet. This past month has been a crazy one, and despite not following the diet and consuming lots of beer and processed food during Ike..I've managed to keep the weight off!
