boy do I have a lot of work to do. regained 16 lbs when I went off fat secret. now on day 1 I'm finding that I'm binging A LOT. going to have to be very attentive and regain some serious control

ok so one thing I'm noticing a struggle with: what to claim.
I find myself struggling with how to claim meals because I don't do a lot of prepackaged foods
most of what I eat is homemade and not to a specific recipe.
Today at work we had pinto beans with ham chunks in it. when I searched I had tons of options but none really fit. then it was baked ziti. no meat just noodles sauce and cheese. looking at options and most are prepackaged or restaurant meals. how does anyone know what to claim? I just take my best guesses but I don't feel like I'm truly being honest ugh lol. oh and I'm claiming a little more so I'm sure I'm claiming enough but with that I'm always over my calorie allowance

My old phone went belly up. Left me unable to use fat secret for about a month. Now I'm back and I've got a nice little restart. 🤗

One of my biggest battles:
Eating right on a budget not even big enough to be called shoestring. It's pretty sad when the majority of what I can buy grocery wise is prepackaged, processed, calorie packed foods that make me feel like crap! Even with couponing, buying off brand, making from scratch etc; I simply can't afford healthy foods. I swear this is the craziest but truest statement ever "is cheaper to be fat and sick".
