Used to be borderline diabetic :) Originally 213 lbs, but could not lose weight no matter what I did (including lots of exercise). Discovered Dr. Attia (TedMed) and switched to a high fat, low carb diet about 8 months ago (nutritional ketosis). I am no longer diabetic and have lost about 25 lbs, with a diet of about 75% fat, under 10 carbs, about 100g protein (supplement with vitamins, potassium to supply what I might not be getting).
