Living in the lovely Canary Islands. I'm lucky in that with my job in tourism most of my meals are included in 4 star all inclusive resorts, the downside is that I'm faced with all you can eat buffet temptation constantly! Noticed a few extra pounds have started creeping on so using this app to make me more mindful! I eat a fairly healthy diet, tons of fruit and veg, no added fats, dairy, sugar and no grains with the accept ion of porridge every morning. Love my fresh fish! However portion control is my downfall and I don't know when to stop! Suffer from IBS so hoping tracking what I eat will help with that too 😀😎☀️
