I am not way overweight and working out will probably take off all the excess weight I do have but doing a weight loss program should help along with cutting out the Coke's (addicted to) and drinking water (don't enjoy)...
I inherited my mothers metabolism in that I was skinny until I started working and then poof the weight went on...
I also figured since I was so skinny I did not need to work out or watch my food intake. That was a mistake..
So years later I now have to change my thought process and work doubly hard to get back into shape..
Too bad we aren't gifted with Hindsight or we would all have been able to avoid our mistake's in life..
